Ginger Syrup
Ingredients
- 1 part ginger juice
- 1 part sugar
Instructions
Combine both ingredients in a blender in medium speed for 30 seconds, or until the sugar is fully disolved.
Pour into a sterilized bottle.
Keep refrigerated, lasts 2-3 weeks.
To make ginger juice:
Take fresh, peeled ginger and either put it through a juicer, or blend it with a little bit of water in a blender.
Strain through a fine mesh strainer.
