Spiced Pear & Elderflower Collins

Ingredients

  • 30ml Cognac
  • 30ml elderflower liqueur
  • 22.5ml pear juice
  • 22.5ml lemon juice
  • 15ml four spice honey syrup
  • club soda, for topping off

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients, except for the club soda, into a shaker.

  2. Add ice and shake until chilled.

  3. Strain into a Collins glass with ice.

  4. Top with club soda.

  5. Twist a lemon peel over the drink to express the essential oils and garnish with the twist.

Hints

  1. You can use gin or vodka instead of Cognac, which will result in a brighter cocktail.
