Pear & Elderflower Collins

Ingredients

  • 60ml gin or vodka
  • 15ml elderflower liqueur
  • 5ml pear liqueur (optional)
  • 30ml pear puree
  • 22.5ml lemon juice
  • 15ml honey syrup
  • club soda, for topping off

Garnish

Thin pear slice and grated cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients, except for the club soda, into a shaker.

  2. Add ice and shake until chilled.

  3. Strain into a Collins glass with ice.

  4. Top with club soda.

  5. Garnish with a thin pear slice and grated cinnamon.

Hints

  1. You can muddle or blend the pears, whichever you find easiest.
