Pear & Elderflower Collins
Ingredients
- 60ml gin or vodka
- 15ml elderflower liqueur
- 5ml pear liqueur (optional)
- 30ml pear puree
- 22.5ml lemon juice
- 15ml honey syrup
- club soda, for topping off

Garnish
Thin pear slice and grated cinnamon
Instructions
Add all ingredients, except for the club soda, into a shaker.
Add ice and shake until chilled.
Strain into a Collins glass with ice.
Top with club soda.
Garnish with a thin pear slice and grated cinnamon.
