  • 22.5ml mezcal(suggested: Del Maguey Chichicapa)
  • 22.5ml Yellow Chartreuse
  • 22.5ml Aperol
  • 22.5ml lime juice

Instructions

  1. Pour all ingredients into a cocktail shaker filled with ice.

  2. Shake until chilled.

  3. Strain into a coupe.

Hints

  1. Yellow Chartreuse and Aperol have strong and nuanced flavors, make sure you pick a smoky mezcal that plays well with them.

  2. Green and yellow chartreuse have different flavors (and ABV) and should not be interchanged in cocktails.

  3. While yellow chartreuse has a unique flavor, this cocktail also works using Strega as a substitution.
