Artichoke Hold
Ingredients
- 22.5ml overproof Jamaican rum(suggested: Smith & Cross)
- 22.5ml Cynar
- 15ml elderflower liqueur
- 22.5ml lime juice
- 15ml orgeat

Mint sprig
Instructions
Add all ingredients into a cocktail shaker with ice.
Shake until chilled.
Strain over crushed ice into a rocks glass.
Top with more crushed ice and garnish with a mint sprig.
