Grenadine

Ingredients

  • 1 part pomegranate juice
  • 1 part white sugar
  • 30ml pomegranate molasses for every 250gr of sugar
  • ½ teaspoon orange blossom water for every 250gr of sugar

Instructions

  1. Add the juice, sugar and molasses to a sauce pan.

  2. Bring up to medium-low heat.

  3. Stir to dissolve.

  4. Allow to cool.

  5. Add the orange blossom water.

  6. Pour into a sterilized bottle.

Keep refrigerated. Lasts for 1 month.
