Grenadine
Ingredients
- 1 part pomegranate juice
- 1 part white sugar
- 30ml pomegranate molasses for every 250gr of sugar
- ½ teaspoon orange blossom water for every 250gr of sugar
Instructions
Add the juice, sugar and molasses to a sauce pan.
Bring up to medium-low heat.
Stir to dissolve.
Allow to cool.
Add the orange blossom water.
Pour into a sterilized bottle.
Keep refrigerated. Lasts for 1 month.
