  • 22.5ml overproof Jamaican rum(suggested: Smith & Cross)
  • 22.5ml Green Chartreuse
  • 22.5ml Luxardo Maraschino Liqueur
  • 22.5ml lime juice

Instructions

  1. Pour all ingredients into a cocktail shaker filled with ice.

  2. Shake until chilled.

  3. Strain into a coupe.

  4. Twist a lime peel over the drink to express the essential oils and garnish with the twist.

Hints

  1. This cocktail includes very strong (and high in alcohol) ingredients. If it’s too intense, try it with regular white or aged rum, or a Jamaican aged rum.
