Wisconsin Old Fashioned
Ingredients
- 2 quarters of a thick orange wheel
- 1 maraschino cherry
- 7.5ml simple syrup
- 4 dashes Angostura bitters
- 60ml brandy
- splash of club soda (optional)

Instructions
Add all ingredients up to the Bitters into a rocks glass.
Muddle the orange being careful not to over-muddle the rind / peel.
Add brandy and ice.
Stir until chilled.
Optionally, add a splash of club soda.
