Ingredients

  • 30ml dark Jamaican rum
  • 30ml gold Demerara rum
  • 30ml overproof white rum
  • 7.5ml allspice dram
  • 22.5ml grapefruit juice
  • 22.5ml lime juice
  • 7.5ml Demerara syrup

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice.

  2. Flash blend.

  3. Open pour with a gated finish into a rocks glass.

  4. Garnish with a mint sprig.
