Ingredients

  • 60ml tequila reposado
  • 22.5ml lemon juice
  • 30ml cardamom-honey syrup
  • 2 dashes Angostura bitters, for a float
  • 1 dash mezcal, for the rinse

Instructions

  1. Add the tequila, lemon juice and syrup into a cocktail shaker with ice.

  2. Shake until chilled.

  3. Strain into a mezcal-rinsed highball glass filled with ice.

  4. Float two dashes of Angostura bitters.

  5. Garnish with a lemon twist.
