Tequila Eastside

Ingredients

  • 5 - 7 mint leaves
  • 3 cucumber slices
  • 22.5ml simple syrup
  • 30ml lime juice
  • 45ml tequila blanco

Garnish

Single mint leaf, or small mint sprig

Instructions

  1. Add the mint leaves, cucumber slices and simple syrup to a cocktail shaker.

  2. Muddle the mint and the cucumber, pressing harder on the latter.

  3. Add the gin and the juice.

  4. Add ice and shake until chilled.

  5. Double strain into a coupe.

  6. Garnish with a mint leaf or a small mint sprig.
