Tequila Eastside
Ingredients
- 5 - 7 mint leaves
- 3 cucumber slices
- 22.5ml simple syrup
- 30ml lime juice
- 45ml tequila blanco

Single mint leaf, or small mint sprig
Instructions
Add the mint leaves, cucumber slices and simple syrup to a cocktail shaker.
Muddle the mint and the cucumber, pressing harder on the latter.
Add the gin and the juice.
Add ice and shake until chilled.
Double strain into a coupe.
Garnish with a mint leaf or a small mint sprig.
