Ingredients

  • 30ml gin
  • 30ml Campari
  • 45ml pineapple juice
  • 15ml lemon juice
  • 15ml simple syrup
  • club soda, for topping off

Garnish

A thin orange slice or wedge or, a pineapple wedge

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients up to the simple syrup into a cocktail shaker with ice.

  2. Shake until chilled.

  3. Double strain into a highball glass.

  4. Top with club soda.

  5. Garnish with the orange slice or wedge.

  6. Serve with a straw.

Hints

  1. We suggest shaking this drink to add a froth from the pineapple juice, but feel free to do the version where it’s built in the glass.
