Strawberry Mimosa
Ingredients
- 4 medium-sized strawberries, hulled
- 45ml orange juice
- 5ml simple syrup (optional)
- 5ml lemon juice (optional)
- Champagne, for topping off

Instructions
Add the strawberries and orange juice (and the optional ingredients) to a blender.
Blend until smooth.
Pour into a flute.
Top off with Champagne.
Garnish with a strawberry.
