Sparkling Mai Tai
Ingredients
- 30ml blended aged rum
- 7.5ml black blended overproof rum
- 15ml Curaçao
- 7.5ml lime juice
- 7.5ml orgeat
- sparkling wine, for topping off

Lime twist and mint leaf
Instructions
Pour all ingredients except for the sparkling wine in a mixing glass with ice.
Stir until chilled.
Strain into a champagne flute.
Top with sparkling wine.
Garnish with a lime twist and a mint leaf.
