Sparkling Mai Tai

Ingredients

  • 30ml blended aged rum
  • 7.5ml black blended overproof rum
  • 15ml Curaçao
  • 7.5ml lime juice
  • 7.5ml orgeat
  • sparkling wine, for topping off

Lime twist and mint leaf

Instructions

  1. Pour all ingredients except for the sparkling wine in a mixing glass with ice.

  2. Stir until chilled.

  3. Strain into a champagne flute.

  4. Top with sparkling wine.

  5. Garnish with a lime twist and a mint leaf.
