Planter's Punch (Smuggler's Cove)
Ingredients
- 90ml Jamaican rum
- 7.5ml allspice dram
- 30ml lime juice
- 22.5ml Demerara syrup
- 2 dashes Angostura bitters

Garnish
Mint sprig
Instructions
Add all ingredients into a cocktail shaker with ice.
Shake until chilled.
Open pour with a gated finish into a highball glass.
Garnish with a mint sprig.
