Sidewinder's Fang
Ingredients
- 30ml black blended rum
- 30ml blended aged rum
- 45ml orange juice
- 45ml lime juice
- 45ml passionfruit syrup
- 90ml club soda

Sidewinder’s Fang Peel and mint sprig
Instructions
Add all ingredients except for the club soda into a shaker with ice.
Flash blend.
Line a brandy snifter with the sidewinder’s fang peel, with the head handing over the rim of the glass.
Fill with crushed ice.
Add the club soda.
Strain the drink into the snifter.
Garnish with a mint sprig.
