Scotch Sour
Ingredients
- 60ml Scotch whisky
- 30ml lemon juice
- 22.5ml rich simple syrup
- 3 dashes Peychaud's bitters
- 1 egg white (15ml) (optional)

Lemon twist and Maraschino cherry
Instructions
Add all ingredients into a shaker and dry shake.
Add ice and shake again until chilled.
Double strain into a coupe.
Twist a lemon peel over the drink to express the oils and garnish with the twist and a Maraschino cherry.
