Ingredients

  • 60ml mezcal
  • 22.5ml lime juice
  • 22.5ml honey syrup (3:1)

Garnish

Pinch of salt and cayenne pepper

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice.

  2. Shake until chilled.

  3. Strain into a coupe.

  4. Garnish with a pinch of salt and cayenne pepper.

Hints

  1. Using honey syrup instead of honey will make it easier for it to mix when shaken. Honey syrup only takes a few seconds to make!
