Rum Buck
Ingredients
- 45ml dark rum(suggested: Hamilton's 86 Demerara Rum)
- 7.5ml lime juice
- 120 - 150ml ginger beer, for topping off
- allspice dram, for a float (15ml)

Lime wheel
Instructions
Pour the dark rum and lime juice into a cocktail shaker with ice.
Do a quick shake to mix the ingredients.
Strain into a highball glass with ice.
Top with ginger beer.
Float the allspice dram.
Garnish with a lime wheel.
