  • 45ml gin
  • 30ml heavy cream
  • 15ml grenadine

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients into a shaker.

  2. Shake until chilled.

  3. Strain into a coupe.

  4. Garnish with a Maraschino cherry.

Hints

  1. For the truly indulgent, add a scoop of vanilla ice cream to the coupe and strain the cocktail over it, affogato-style.
