Pink Panther

Ingredients

  • 30ml gin
  • 30ml brandy or rum
  • 150ml whole milk
  • 30ml condensed milk
  • 5ml grenadine

Grated Cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients into a shaker with ice.

  2. Shake until chilled.

  3. Strain into a highball glass with ice.

  4. Garnish with grated cinnamon.

Hints

  1. There are countless variations of this drink, some even using pineapple or coconut milk. Feel free to replace gin, brandy and rum for other spirits (or simply use one of them), based on your palate.

  2. A common variation involves replacing the milk for ice cream, and turning this into a spiked milkshake.

  3. In Spain, it is not uncommon for younger people to make a batch of Pink Panther and storing it in the fridge, so that it can be easily served during a party.
