Mezcal Martinez
Ingredients
- 60ml mezcal
- 15ml sweet-vermouth
- 15ml Cynar
- 7.5ml Luxardo Maraschino Liqueur
- 2 dashes Angostura Cocoa bitters

Garnish
Orange or lemon twist
Instructions
Add all ingredients to a mixing glass with ice.
Stir until chilled.
Strain into a coupe.
Twist a citrus peel over the drink to express the essential oils and garnish with the twist.
