Ingredients

  • 45ml white rum(suggested: Probitas)
  • 7.5ml allspice dram
  • 2.5ml Luxardo Maraschino Liqueur
  • 45ml pineapple juice
  • 7.5ml lime juice
  • 7.5ml grenadine

Pineapple fronds and Maraschino cherry

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients into a shaker with ice.

  2. Shake until chilled.

  3. Strain into a coupe.

  4. Garnish with a pineapple fronds and a Maraschino cherry.
