Ingredients

  • 60ml pisco
  • 22.5ml lime juice
  • 22.5ml passionfruit syrup

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice.

  2. Shake until chilled.

  3. Strain into a rocks glass with ice.

  4. Garnish with the spent passion fruit shell. 

Hints

  1. Passionfruit syrup can vary in sweetness based on your passion fruit. Since this is a three ingredient cocktail, make sure your syrup has enough sugar to balance the tartness of the limes.

  2. Choose a Pisco Acholado for a deeper flavored drink, or a single grape variety for a much cleaner, straight-forward version.
