Mai Tai (Maison Premiere)
Ingredients
- 30ml amber rhum agricole
- 7.5ml blackstrap rum
- 7.5ml overproof Jamaican rum
- 15ml aged rum
- 15ml Curaçao
- 30ml lime juice
- 22.5ml orgeat

Garnish
Mint sprig, cherry and orange wedge skewer
Instructions
Pour all ingredients into a shaker with ice.
Shake until chilled.
Strain into a hurricane glass with crushed ice.
Garnish with a mint sprig and a cherry and orange wedge skewer.
