Eggnog (Educated Barfly)
Ingredients
- 22.5ml overproof aged rum(suggested: Smith & Cross)
- 22.5ml overproof bourbon(suggested: Old Grand-Dad Bonded Bourbon)
- 30ml heavy cream
- 15ml simple syrup
- 1 dash cinnamon
- 1 dash nutmeg
- 1 whole egg

Garnish
Freshly grated cinnamon and nutmeg
Instructions
Add all ingredients into a shaker and dry shake.
Add ice and shake until chilled.
Strain into a rocks glass.
Garnish with freshly grated cinnamon and nutmeg.
