Eggnog (Educated Barfly)

Ingredients

  • 22.5ml overproof aged rum(suggested: Smith & Cross)
  • 22.5ml overproof bourbon(suggested: Old Grand-Dad Bonded Bourbon)
  • 30ml heavy cream
  • 15ml simple syrup
  • 1 dash cinnamon
  • 1 dash nutmeg
  • 1 whole egg

Freshly grated cinnamon and nutmeg

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients into a shaker and dry shake.

  2. Add ice and shake until chilled.

  3. Strain into a rocks glass.

  4. Garnish with freshly grated cinnamon and nutmeg.
