Last of the Oaxacans

Ingredients

  • 22.5ml mezcal
  • 22.5ml Green Chartreuse
  • 22.5ml Luxardo Maraschino Liqueur
  • 22.5ml lime juice

Garnish

Maraschino cherry or small slice of poblano pepper

Instructions

  1. Pour all ingredients into a cocktail shaker filled with ice.

  2. Shake until chilled.

  3. Strain into a coupe.

  4. Garnish with a maraschino cherry or a small slice of poblano pepper.

Hints

  1. Add the cherry to the bottom of the glass before pouring the drink in order to avoid splashing and having the cherry’s syrup “stain” the cocktail.
