Ingredients

  • 45ml gin
  • 7.5ml crème de violette
  • 22.5ml lemon juice
  • 15ml simple syrup
  • 3 drops orange blossom water
  • blue Curaçao, to layer

Garnish

5 edible flower petals

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients except the blue curaçao into a shaker with ice.

  2. Shake until chilled.

  3. Strain into a coupe.

  4. Gently pour the blue curaçao down the side of the glass so it sinks to the bottom.

  5. Garnish with 5 edible flower petals.
