Lady in Blue
Ingredients
- 45ml gin
- 7.5ml crème de violette
- 22.5ml lemon juice
- 15ml simple syrup
- 3 drops orange blossom water
- blue Curaçao, to layer

Garnish
5 edible flower petals
Instructions
Add all ingredients except the blue curaçao into a shaker with ice.
Shake until chilled.
Strain into a coupe.
Gently pour the blue curaçao down the side of the glass so it sinks to the bottom.
Garnish with 5 edible flower petals.
