Ingredients

  • 22.5ml white rum
  • 22.5ml blue Curaçao(suggested: Senior & Co.'s Blue Curaçao)
  • 22.5ml coconut liqueur(suggested: Clément Coconut Liqueur)
  • 22.5ml pineapple juice

Instructions

  1. Pour all ingredients into a shaker with ice.

  2. Shake until chilled.

  3. Strain into a coupe.

Hints

  1. We do not recommend using Malibu for the coconut liqueur (unless you really like Malibu) as it will overpower the drink. If that's all you have, significantly reduce the amount you add, and increase the other ingredients.
