Japanese Cold Noodle

Ingredients

  • 40ml white rum
  • 30ml pineapple juice
  • 15ml cucumber juice
  • 10ml lime juice
  • 25ml cream of coconut
  • 2 - 3 drops of sesame oil

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice.

  2. Shake until chilled.

  3. Strain into a rocks glass with ice.

Hints

  1. Go easy on the sesame oil, it's very overpowering. A few drops will add enough savory notes (and a strong nose) that will make you understand why it's part of the drink.

  2. This cocktail can be made to be much clearer than the one in the photo by pre-filtering the ingredients.
