Ingredients

  • 30ml overproof white rum(suggested: Wray & Nephew)
  • 30ml amaretto
  • 15ml cranberry juice
  • 15ml pineapple juice

Garnish

Pineapple wedge

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice.

  2. Shake until chilled.

  3. Strain into a lowball glass with ice.

  4. Garnish with a pineapple wedge.

Hints

  1. Wray & Nephew white rum has a nice Jamaican funk. If this or other overproof white rums are hard to find in your area, we're confident that other types of rum (aged or Jamaican, for instance) would do the trick. Simply increase the amount in order to balance the other flavors.
