Lion's Tail (Dead Rabbit)

Ingredients

  • 60ml overproof bourbon(suggested: Old Forester 100 proof)
  • 22.5ml crème de cacao blanc
  • 7.5ml allspice dram
  • 7.5ml pear liqueur
  • 30ml lemon juice
  • 22.5ml orange juice
  • 3 dashes Orinoco bitters

Garnish

Freshly grated nutmeg

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients into a shaker with ice.

  2. Shake until chilled.

  3. Strain into a coupe.

  4. Garnish with freshly grated nutmeg.
