Whiskey Sour (Dan Sabo)

Ingredients

  • 60ml overproof rye whiskey(suggested: Rittenhouse Rye 100 Proof)
  • 30ml lemon juice
  • 15ml orange juice
  • 15ml rich simple syrup
  • 1 egg white (15ml) (optional)

Garnish

Lemon twist and Maraschino cherry

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients into a shaker and dry shake.

  2. Add ice and shake again until chilled.

  3. Double strain into a coupe.

  4. Twist a lemon peel over the drink to express the oils and garnish with the twist and a Maraschino cherry.
