Ingredients

  • 60ml white rum
  • 7.5ml Luxardo Maraschino Liqueur
  • 15ml lime juice
  • 7.5ml simple syrup

Instructions

  1. Pour all ingredients into a cocktail shaker with ice.

  2. Shake until chilled.

  3. Strain into a coupe.

  4. Garnish with a lime wheel.

Hints

  1. The original version of this drink calls for it to be shaken in an "electric shaker" with ice and served as a frappé. Definitely worth a try!

  2. This cocktail, as well as the regular Daiquiri, works well with other types of rum besides white rum. Our photo version was made with Barbados rum and it was delicious!
