Cognac Sazerac
Ingredients
- 60ml Cognac
- 2.5ml simple syrup
- 4 dashes Peychaud's bitters
- 1 dash Angostura bitters
- 1 dash absinthe, for the rinse

Instructions
Add the Cognac, simple syrup and bitters to a mixing glass with ice.
Stir until chilled.
Strain into an absinthe-rinsed rocks glass.
Twist a lemon peel over the drink to express the essential oils and garnish with the twist.
