Tequila-Sherry Eggnog
Ingredients
- 2 whole eggs
- 75g sugar
- 120ml heavy cream
- 180ml whole milk
- 75ml Amontillado sherry
- 60ml tequila añejo

Freshly grated nutmeg
Instructions
Add eggs into a blender on low speed until smooth.
Add the rest of the ingredients slowly with the blender still on low speed.
Serve chilled or hot (see Hints), garnished with freshly grated nutmeg.
Yields around 600ml of eggnog.
