Chinese Five Spiced Dark ‘N Stormy

Ingredients

  • 60ml Chinese Five Spiced Gosling’s Black Seal rum
  • 120 - 150ml ginger beer

Instructions

  1. Pour the rum into a highball glass with ice.

  2. Top off with ginger beer.

  3. Garnish with a lime wedge.

To make the Chinese Five Spiced Gosling’s Black Seal Rum:

  1. Add a teaspoon of powdered Chinese five spice to a 750ml bottle of Gosling’s Black Seal rum.

  2. Let it rest for eight hours.

  3. Strain into an empty bottle through a coffee filter.
