Chinese Five Spiced Dark ‘N Stormy
Ingredients
- 60ml Chinese Five Spiced Gosling’s Black Seal rum
- 120 - 150ml ginger beer

Lime wedge
Instructions
Pour the rum into a highball glass with ice.
Top off with ginger beer.
Garnish with a lime wedge.
To make the Chinese Five Spiced Gosling’s Black Seal Rum:
Add a teaspoon of powdered Chinese five spice to a 750ml bottle of Gosling’s Black Seal rum.
Let it rest for eight hours.
Strain into an empty bottle through a coffee filter.
