Ingredients

  • 120ml white wine(suggested: Chardonnay)
  • 45ml lemon juice
  • 30ml simple syrup
  • 1 egg white (15ml)

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to a shaker and dry shake.

  2. Add ice and shake until chilled.

  3. Strain into a wine glass.

  4. Garnish with a lemon wheel.

Hints

  1. Chardonnay is a white wine which falls into the drier side of the spectrum. Suitable replacements include Viura (Macabeo, Charas Blanc) or Bourgogne Aligoté, but feel free to choose your favorite white wine.
