Cameron's Kick (Dead Rabbit)

Ingredients

  • 30ml Peated single malt Scotch whisky(suggested: Bowmore 12 year)
  • 30ml Pot still Irish whiskey(suggested: Redbreast 12 year)
  • 22.5ml oloroso sherry
  • 22.5ml lemon juice
  • 22.5ml orgeat

Garnish

Freshly grated nutmeg

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice.

  2. Shake until chilled.

  3. Strain into a coupe.

  4. Garnish with freshly grated nutmeg.
