Brandy Flip
Ingredients
- 60ml brandy
- 30ml simple syrup
- 1 whole egg

Garnish
Freshly grated nutmeg
Instructions
Add all ingredients into a shaker and dry shake.
Add ice and shake until chilled.
Strain into a tulip (or rocks) glass.
Garnish with freshly grated nutmeg.
