Ingredients

  • 37.5ml Amaro CioCiaro
  • 22.5ml Aperol
  • 15ml Luxardo Maraschino Liqueur
  • 15ml lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to a mixing glass with ice.

  2. Stir until chilled.

  3. Strain into a lowball glass with ice.

  4. Twist a lemon peel over the drink to express the essential oils and garnish with the twist.

Hints

  1. All amari are different, so it's hard to make a substitution without changing the cocktail. However, if Amaro CioCiaro is hard to find in your area, we'd recommend using Amaro Ramazzotti and adding a few dashes of orange bitters.
