Ingredients

  • 30ml Cognac
  • 30ml Mr. Black Coffee Liqueur
  • 7.5ml rich demerara syrup
  • 30ml espresso
  • lemon peel, to express into the shaker

Three coffee beans

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients into a shaker with ice.

  2. Express the oils of the lemon peel into the shaker.

  3. Shake until chilled.

  4. Strain into a coupe.

  5. Garnish with three coffee beans.
