Ingredients
- 15ml gin
- 15ml Amarula
- 15ml crème de menthe
- 30ml half-and-half (single cream)

Garnish
Sprig of mint and shaved chocolate
Instructions
Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice.
Shake until chilled.
Strain into a coupe.
Garnish with a sprig of mint and shaved chocolate.
