Amarula Grasshopper

All Grasshoppers can be made with regular crème de cacao instead of the blanc version. Both the color and the taste of the cocktail will be slightly different, but they'll still bring chocolate notes to the drink. Note that there's usually a noticeable difference in taste across all brands.

For a lighter version, feel free to substitute the half-and-half with either regular milk or evaporated milk.
