Ingredients
- 30ml aged rum
- 15ml lime juice
- 15ml honey syrup (3:1)
- 45ml Champagne, for topping off

Instructions
Pour the rum, lime juice and syrup into a cocktail shaker with ice.
Shake until chilled.
Strain into a flute.
Top off with champagne and garnish with a lime twist.
