Ingredients

  • 30ml aged rum
  • 15ml lime juice
  • 15ml honey syrup (3:1)
  • 45ml Champagne, for topping off

Instructions

  1. Pour the rum, lime juice and syrup into a cocktail shaker with ice.

  2. Shake until chilled.

  3. Strain into a flute.

  4. Top off with champagne and garnish with a lime twist.
